BINDING TERMS
By visiting our site and/or paying a deposit towards your wedding/event, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use our service.
CHANGES TO WEBSITE
We are permitted to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we also have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
COPYRIGHT
Any user accessing this website is not permitted to copy, save or use any of the images and photography without the prior written consent of Wildflower.
Wildflower is permitted to share images from your wedding day and we ask for you to please send us your wedding albums after your event. Should you not wish for us to share images of yourselves or your guests please let us know.
WEDDING POLICY
All weddings and events require a non-refundable deposit/booking fee which will go towards your final balance. Payment of this deposit/booking fee means you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions. The acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and deposits paid guarantees the date is booked. The precise content of the proposal with regard to colour, floral variety, and creative direction remain a fluid collaboration between Wildflower and the client up until 3 months prior to the date of the event.
The balance is due and payable within 4 weeks prior to the date of the event. Changes to quantities in an order must be made at least 4 weeks before delivery and changes to colour palette/concept need to be made at least 3 months prior to the event.
Wildflower will begin placing orders for the product needed for your wedding or event once your quote has been accepted. In the event of cancellation, all payments already made are non-refundable.

Unless stated otherwise by Wildflower, any link on the website which directs the User to another website does not imply endorsement, approval or recommendation of that site, their operators or their products/services - it is merely crediting the appropriate vendors.
AMENDMENTS
Once the quote is accepted only additions can be made and any changes to colour palette or floral variety need to be made 2 months prior to the event date. Changes in quantities of items such as bouquets or boutonnieres, table flowers etc. can be made up to 4 weeks before event date at Wildflowers discretion.
FORCE MAJEURE
For purpose of the present Terms and Conditions, “Event of Force Majeure’ means any event or event which Wildflower can not provide their service, despite all reasonable efforts - which include but not limited to war, terrorism, riots, civil strife, lightning, fires, explosions, storms, floods, other acts of nature, strikes, lockouts, or acts of authorities preventing Wildflower from fulfilling their obligations. If Wildflower is prevented from performing any of its obligations by reason of an ‘Event of Force Majeure’, Wildflower shall be excused from their commitments. Wildflower will discuss and come to a reasonable compromise after the Event of Fore Majeure.
FLOWER SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Where specific varieties of flowers are defined, Wildflower reserves the right to make substitutions of flowers of equivalent value and variety whenever market condition, weather, or availability affect the integrity of the flowers in our proposal.
